Utilizing our in-house, technical and design team specialist, each rigid inflatable boat is carefully researched and designed to produce exceptional on-the-water performance through superior hull design, tube geometry, shape, carrying capacity and operational characteristics, providing our entire range of craft with outstanding handling, buoyancy, seaworthiness, stability and safety.
Our boats come with European CE approval, NMMA and ABYC. We also have approvals from different maritime authorities including USCG Sub-Chapter T, SOLAS.
The ASIS Boats Factory
Spanning over 11,000 square meter in total 5,000 square meters under roof and a further 6,000 square meters is available outdoors), the ASIS Rigid Inflatable Boats factory has various dedicated specialized manufacturing areas such as an air conditioned tube assembly area, electronically air controlled grinding and bonding areas, dedicated rigging zone, storage, upholstery, engineering and assembly areas.
The ASIS factory has earned ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment) & ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety) certifications.

The ASIS Boats Manufacturing team
Almost all components of an ASIS Rigid Inflatable Hull Boats are manufactured in-house. The ASIS manufacturing team comprises four main departments, these being Composite, Aluminum building, Assembly and Final works.
The Composite department deals with the manufacturing of all Composite materials including Glass fiber production, preparation and assembly thereof.
The Aluminum building department handles the manufacturing of Aluminum hulls, Aluminum and stainless steel accessories.
The Assembly department includes sub-assembly teams which manufacture tubes, upholstery, engineering and boat assembly.
Final works department includes final electrical installations, rigging, packing and shipping.
All departments collaborate closely together to ensure every ASIS Rigid Inflatable boat will perform in a safe and reliable manner. The highly trained ASIS team members are all specifically chosen because of their outstanding individual qualification.
