A Mid-Year Look at 2026

Half the year is behind us, and it has been a busy and productive period. Deliveries completed, events attended, and new connections made. The team has shown up every day with focus and commitment, and that has made all the difference. Here is a quick look at what we have been up to.

FROM PRODUCTION TO DELIVERY:

successful boats deliveries

The first half of 2026 has been marked by steady production and successful deliveries.  Despite regional challenges, our team has maintained a full production schedule, building each vessel with the precision and quality our clients expect.

During this period, ASIS Boats delivered vessels to naval, coast guard, and security organizations across multiple regions, ensuring each project was completed to its unique requirements and timeline. It is rewarding to see these vessels deployed and serving their intended missions.

DELIVERIES

Nineteen boats were delivered across the GCC, supporting naval, law enforcement, marina, diving, and shipyard operations. From Dubai Police to Dubai Marina Yacht Club, Grandweld Shipyard, and other leading marine operators, these deliveries reflect ASIS Boats’ ability to meet a broad range of operational requirements across the region.

Six boats were delivered to Southeast Asia, supporting operations in Vietnam and Indonesia. The deliveries included a third consecutive project for the Indonesian Navy through PT Tirta, reinforcing a partnership built on trust, consistency, and operational reliability.

Twenty-six boats were delivered across Africa, marking a significant milestone and reflecting the growing demand for ASIS vessels on the continent. These deliveries underline our ability to support large-scale operational requirements with reliable, mission-ready vessels.

FACTORY

The biggest development this half was on the production floor:

We completed a new mold for our 15m boat, the largest in our GRP range. It’s a meaningful addition to the lineup, giving naval, security, and commercial operators a vessel with more deck space, longer endurance, and the range to take on larger-scale operations. It’s built to the same standards as the rest of our boats, just at a larger
scale.

The rest of the floor reflected the same drive that defines ASIS: a constant push to improve.
We refined the mold for our existing 9.5m fiberglass model, and our 9.5m and 13m aluminium boats both earned CE certification. We also made two changes to how the boats come together: a switch to marine powder coating for the black finish, giving it a tougher, longer-lasting result, and a new PU tube welding process.

EXHIBITIONS

DSA Malaysia:

DSA Malaysia

DSA Malaysia brought together defense and security professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. It was a good opportunity to meet with both existing clients and new faces, have honest conversations about operational needs, and show what ASIS brings to the table. We left with useful insights and several conversations worth continuing.

SEAPOWER for Africa:

Seapower for Africa Symposium

Held at Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria, this was a focused gathering of maritime security leaders from across Africa. The discussions were relevant and the connections genuine. It reinforced the demand for reliable, capable vessels in the region and ASIS’ strong position to support that need.

World Defense Show:

World Defense Show 2026

World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh brought together decision-makers and industry leaders from across the global defense sector. For ASIS, it was a valuable platform to strengthen regional connections, introduce our capabilities to new audiences, and exchange perspectives on the evolving requirements of maritime security and defense operations.
