ASIS Boats Delivers Diesel Powered Rescue

ASIS Boat has delivered the specialized 6.5 meter Rescue RIBs to a French Oil company in Abu Al Bukhoosh, Abu Dhabi.

6.5 meter in size, the Rescue RIBs were mainly built for Search & Rescue operations intended to be used in offshore oilfields.

These Rescue RIBs are specially constructed for offshore operations. They are CE certified under category B and are supplied with a Mercury Mercruiser inboard diesel engine of 130Hp (the use of petrol engines being banned in oilfields for a couple of years now), achieving a speed of more than 37mph.

These ASIS Search & Rescue RIBs feature four jockey straddle seats, a center console with a forward seat, and our patented self-righting system, a stretcher and a 4 points heavy-duty lifting system. Along with our standard navigational and electronics equipment, from search light to anchor light, LED navigation lights, Thus having the operational versatility to be used in other settings as well.

As accustomed, these Search & Rescue Rib Boats were fully tested before delivery.

Manufactured in a facility that has earned ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications, ASIS boats have European CE approval, U.S. certifications from NMMA and ABYC bodies as well as Australian AMSA certification.
